An interdisciplinary systemic participatory designer, developmental evaluator and recovering project and change manager. Creating solutions and embedding change for social impact and outcomes. 15+ years working in and across the public and business sector in behaviour change in digital, service, programme and intervention design. With capabilities in cross-government collaborative systems design in policy and strategy; trauma and adversity informed participatory practices with people experiencing and working in challenges such as homelessness, mental health distress and addictions, family and sexual violence.

With a master's in Design for Social Innovation exploring Complex System Design for Social Innovation in Aotearoa. Experience in:

  • Learning system design and implementation, collective sense-making, design and evaluative practices

  • Participatory practices (co-design), equity focussed and culturally grounded, complex, collective and collaborative facilitation

  • Systems and complexity informed innovation for health and social impact, across policy, strategy and implementation.

  • Programme, project and change management

  • Governance and board directing.

And a trauma sensitive yoga teacher (200hrs YTT and 20hrs TCTSY).
